Writing a new digital script
S&L Publishing asked us to help them use Facebook to drive ticket sales across Australia and New Zealand for teacher workshops. To understand The Writing Book brand, audience and workshops, we worked closely with S&L to carry out keyword market research. We implemented a best-practice Facebook event marketing program with paid audience targeting, and combined it with email marketing.
Turning the page – forecasts and insights
S&L saw a sharp increase in the number of teachers attending their workshops. We’ve now implemented a year-long plan to market each of their events with co-ordinated and re-usable multi-channel acquisition campaigns. They can factor the exact cost of recruiting workshop attendees into their forecasts, and have also gathered great insights into broader strategic challenges.
